Roonies™ Ice Cream began in 2020 when Stacy Harfert and her two sons turned a simple family project into something truly special — a joyful ice cream brand built on creativity, connection, and a whole lot of heart. What started as a way to brighten tough days during the pandemic quickly grew into a shared passion for bringing smiles to people everywhere. Drawing from her background in product development, Stacy started experimenting with fun, colorful designs and handcrafted bars that tasted just as amazing as they looked. It didn’t take long for people to fall in love with them.  From small community events to local markets, word spread fast — and soon, those cheerful bars were being enjoyed in grocery stores, event centers, and freezers across the country.

Today, Roonies™ continues to grow, but our spirit remains the same: family-driven, flavor-filled, and full of joy. Every bar is crafted with care to deliver that little spark of happiness — the kind that makes you smile before you take a bite and lingers long after it’s gone.
