We are searching for a part time production manager / novelty bar creator. The position is available immediately and is year-round. Work time of day is flexible.

Job Description

• Make ice cream products per recipe ensuring high quality and consistency
• Follow USDA safety protocols
• Manage inventory levels to ensure base ingredients and finished products meet demand
• Streamline workflow to ensure high levels of productivity
• Flexible scheduling

Skills Required

• Responsible and detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience leading and supervising hourly employees
• Production line experience

Preferred Experience

• Production line supervision
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience maintaining and calibrating production equipment
